Thanks to your exceptional generosity, 2025 was our biggest win yet—raising more than $500,000 for Associa Cares. Your support allows us to continue delivering timely assistance to families impacted by natural and manmade disasters. Together, we’re betting big on giving back, and with your continued partnership, we’re confident this year will be another jackpot for our mission.
Step into the spotlight and place your bets on giving back at the 19th Annual Associa Cares Vendor Fair. This year’s casino?themed event invites you to take a winning seat on the red carpet, where bright lights, high?energy networking, and meaningful impact come together for an unforgettable experience.
In response to vendor feedback, we’ve moved the event to Wednesday, September 2nd, better aligning with budget season and ensuring maximum value for our partners. To keep the odds in your favor, we’re also upping the ante with two concurrent networking sessions in the High Roller and Grand Salon rooms, designed to spark stronger connections and more focused conversations throughout the event.
As the stakes rise, so do the opportunities. Representatives from Community Management Corporation, Select Community Services, Legum & Norman, Comsource, and Community Association Services, Inc. will once again be in attendance—creating a full house of industry leaders and unmatched business potential for our vendor partners.

Associa Cares
Associa Cares is a 501(c)(3) non-profit created to assist families and communities in crisis as a result of natural and man-made disasters. Since 2005, Associa Cares has distributed over $5.6 million to more than 4,200 families and communities in need of a helping hand. Funds donated by caring businesses and individuals are used to provide humanitarian aid, often in the form of financial grants, needed by families and communities in the aftermath of such tragedies.
