How to Register
To register, please click the "Register Here" button at the top of this page or on the navigation menu. Follow the instructions on each of the steps of the registration form. Once you get to the final step, please click "Register" to complete your registration. You will then receive a confirmation to the email you provided.
Session Selection
During registration, you will be able to select sessions you are likely to attend. Although you are not required to attend the sessions you select during registration, we do use this information to plan the content and supports needed for each session. Click on the session to see the session objectives, target audience, and description. Your selections will be included in your confirmation email.
Know Before You Go
The week prior to the event you will receive a "Know Before You Go" email with additional event details. Please let us know if you do not receive your "Know Before You Go" by the end of the day on June 2nd. Be sure to check your spam folder before contacting us.
Hotel Information
The event is at the Double Tree by Hilton Washington DC - Crystal City. The group rate is $205 plus applicable taxes and expires on May 12, 2023 or when the reserved block of rooms sells out (whichever comes first). An airport shuttle runs every 15 to 20 minutes. Where to Eat
The DoubleTree by Hilton Washington DC-Crystal City has a variety of dining outlets to enjoy throughout the conference. There are various sit-down or grab-n’-go options to meet every budget, including breakfast and lunch options within the current government per diem rate. Per diem meal options will be shared in the Know Before You Go, and, in the meantime, click here to explore the in-hotel dining options. Of particular note is the hotel’s Skydome Restaurant, a rotating restaurant advertising 360-degree views from the rooftop. So, if you’d like an elevated dining experience, then be sure to book a table well in advance to ensure availability.If you’d like to venture off property, there are grocery stores and popular food chains, like Whole Foods or Sweetgreen, within a 7-10-minute walk from the hotel.
