CAST 2017 Registration Terms & Conditions

Payment Deadlines
Early Bird Registration (August 15 - October 23: $135) 
Registration fees must be paid in full via credit card or check postmarked on or before October 23, 2017. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

Regular Registration (October 23 - November 9: $185)  
Registration fees must be paid in full via credit card or check on or before November 9, 2017. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

Please include the full names of all teachers or their confirmation number with the check.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations for conference registration will be accepted until October 23, 2017, but are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be made online by the individual using their confirmation code to login into their registration and cancel it.

All optional sessions cancelled by October 23, 2017 will be refunded in full. Refunds of $25 or less will not be processed unless an event is cancelled by STAT.

A $25 fee will also be charged for insufficient fund checks and disputing valid credit card charges. 
Registrants who do not pay their balance will not be eligible to attend future CAST conferences. Please know that your registration is a "reservation" to attend CAST 2017, therefore, you are responsible for full payment of your registration regardless of your attendance at the conference.
Changing or Substituting a Registration
If you wish to add or remove an optional session from your registration please log into your registration using your confirmation code and add or remove sessions.

You may also substitute another attendee with your registration by logging in and changing the name. Please keep in mind that your badge will be printed onsite and all badge substitutions must be made prior to November 9th as substitutions will not be taken onsite.
