Booth Registration/Information

Booth Spaces

Booth reservation is on a First Come First Served basis.

Booth displays will be in the Caribe Royale Convention Center. The display room will be available for setup beginning Sunday, Oct 27th. Exhibits are scheduled to remain in place until 4 pm Tuesday, Oct 29th.

Booth displays will be 10x10 in size for all booths. All booth spaces include basic power drop, 2 chairs, 1 table, trash can.

The Ballroom where the exhibits are located is carpeted.

Exhibitor booth displays will be $1,250 per booth which includes 1 attendee.  The fee for the booth is non-refundable after Sept 1st.

We are also offering an opportunity to profile your company by offering Gold and Platinum levels of sponsorship.  Your company logo and sponsorship level will be prominently displayed throughout the WWR venue and in the WWR agenda.
  Gold   $3,000 Total cost will be calculated based on the number of booths selected. This sponsorship will include the benefits below: 
*Selection of Gold Level Booth Locations
*Company logo displayed in WWR venue
*Company uploaded literature available for download/viewing
 
  Platinum   $6,000 
Total cost will be calculated based on the number of booths selected. This sponsorship will include the benefits below: 
*Selection Platinum Level Booth Locations
*Company logo displayed in WWR venue
*Company uploaded literature available for download/viewing
*Company-provided literature included in registration package if desired
     (TCG reserves the right to limit the literature provided)
*1 lead retrieval App license
