COVID-19 UPDATE
In an effort to promote a safe 2021 World Wide Review, the following changes/restrictions will be implemented: 

NEW UPDATE: Recent guidance updates have now added a requirement for all attendees to present proof of COVID-19 fully vaccinated status (immunization card or shot record) or a negative COVID-19 test completed within 72 hours prior to conference check-in.
 
Attendee registration will be capped at 1,100 attendees and all attendees must be paid prior to the show date.
 
No walk-in registrations will be allowed.  (Registration will close on Oct 23rd or when 1,100 attendees are reached, whichever occurs first).
 
All conference attendees will be required to wear a mask.
 
We have expanded our footprint within the facility to give us additional space and ask that everyone do their part to observe social distancing.
Covid symptom reminders/Social distancing reminder signs will be posted throughout the facility, along with hand sanitizing stations.
 
We will offer expanded check-in hours:
Sun Oct 24th from 9:00am to 6:30pm
Mon Oct 25th from 6:00am to 5:00pm
Tue Oct 26th from 7:00am to 1pm

DOD / US Gov't representatives are invited to attend the 2021 C-130 TCG World Wide Review. Participation in this annual event provides opportunities for the TCG staff, DOD employees, Commercial Contractors and C-130 Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, to discuss items of common interest and receive information on new or improved technologies important to the worldwide operation of the C-130 aircraft. There are no registration fees charged for DOD/Gov't representatives to attend; however, you are responsible for all travel, per diem, and misc charges related to attending the event. Once you have registered, you will be given a link to make your hotel reservations at the prevailing government per diem rate.
