Alert Services Welcome and Thank You

Alert Services would like to open their doors for a casual reception and thank you for SWATA Members on Thursday July 20th from 4:30 – 7:00 pm.  This reception can be found at their headquarters at 14250 North State Highway 123 San Marcos, Texas 78666.  Please help us support our wonderful sponsors and exhibitors and please join us at Alert on Thursday evening!

Come and bring the family to enjoy an evening of fun for ALL ages to kickoff the 2017 SWATA Meeting and Symposium! A delicious BBQ dinner will be served alongside cold brew and local wine at the Foundation bar.  Entertainment will include great music from athletic trainer/DJ Robbie McFarlin, a quirky “selfie-station” and friendly game competitions. Texas State University AT students will provide fun activities for children, so everyone can come to relax together. Proceeds will benefit the NATA
Foundation. You can pre-register on-line and collect tickets in Expo Hall at the Embassy Suites during the Exhibits. Payment will be accepted by credit via a paypal account or on-site via cash or credit. You can also show up and pay (cash or credit) at the Activities Center on Thursday 7/20.
 
Individual Ticket Options:
$10 meal only (tea/water)
$20 meal + alcoholic beverage drink tickets (21+)
Family Ticket Packages:
$20 – 2 adults/2 kids, meals only (tea/water)
$40 - 2 adults/2 kids, meals + drink tickets for adults (21+)
$5 each additional kid (aged 12 and under)
 
Members at this event will also have the opportunity to “Raise a Glass for the PAC” by purchasing an all-you-can drink beer mug for the remainder of the evening for $20 onsite at the NATAPAC bar. This fundraiser event is concurrent but separate from the Foundation Family Fun Night ticket.
