Marvin M. Smith, J.D.  Marvin M. Smith is a partner at Hawley Troxell and practices primarily in the areas of hospital law, medical malpractice, insurance law, general litigation, mediations and arbitrations. He served as District Judge, Seventh District, State of Idaho from 1991 to 1996 and served as Magistrate Judge, Seventh District, State of Idaho from 1988 to 1991. Smith received his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
 
Woody Marshall, B.A.  Woody Marshall is the Director of Hospital Services at Intermountain Donor Services.  He has worked at IDS for more than 17 years.  He is a graduate of the University of Utah, where he majored in Behavioral Science and Health, and received a minor in Spanish.  He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Leadership.  Woody has served on the UNOS Region 5 Planning Committee, CMS Western Consortium Planning Committee and is a member of The Alliance Webinar Planning Faculty.
