COVID STATEMENT, PROTOCOL AND LIABILTY FORM
Your comfort and safety are of the utmost importance and central in our planning for the Tour Operator Forum. Our staff continues to monitor the latest information coming from national, state, and local health and public authorities. We will continue to work closely with the Westin New York at Times Square to ensure all recommended safety guidelines and health protocols are followed during our time in New York City. Individuals who, within five (5) days prior to the meeting, have been exposed to or experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath among others, are encouraged not to attend the meeting.

Masks are required in all indoor events and meetings, with the exception of eating or drinking. Masks are also required on all meeting/event transportation.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 and its variants are extremely contagious, attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend this meeting. By attending this SYTA Tour Operator Forum, you, as an attendee, voluntarily assume all risks and personal expense related to exposure to COVID-19 and without liability to Student & Youth Travel Association and its associated companies, board of directors, staff and associated vendors.
