Information for Speakers

Conference Registration
All presenters need to register online for the conference, regardless of attendance. Please note the following:
  • We provide a FREE registration to attend the conference to one presenter per workshop (excluding travel or lodging). The person receiving the free registration will need to use the comp code provided to the lead presenter. Note that preconference attendance is not included in the complimentary registration.
  • All other presenters that plan to attend the conference will need to register and pay the conference fee.
  • If you are a presenter that will attend ONLY your workshop, please select the option Presenter Session Only.
Pre-conference Registration
The preconference sessions provide an opportunity for in-depth learning on a specific topic. It is not included in the complimentary presenter registration. To attend, presenters must register and pay the $170 registration fee to attend.

Presentation Information
  • Laptops: Presenters need to bring their own laptop computers. There will not be laptops available onsite.
  • Microphones: Microphones will be provided in rooms that seat more than 50 people.
  • AV: During the confirmation process, presenters were asked about their AV needs. We will provide a LCD projector, powered AV cart, projection screen, and/or wireless internet as each presenter indicated.
  • Room Set-up: All seating in workshops will be theater style, unless previously requested during the proposal process.
  • Room Assignments: Assigned rooms will be provided via email in late March 2013.
  • Conference Hotel Map: A map of the hotel's meeting facilities is available online.

Car rental will be required to the conference hotel in Greensboro, NC from either of these airports.

Two hotel options are available to conference registrants at a discounted rate. Please request special arrangements at the time of registration.
Dining Out & Shopping
Greensboro is a vibrant city with a bustling downtown district, shopping malls, great restaurants, museums and more. Visit and plan to pick up a Greensboro Visitor's Guide at the Speakers Registration Desk when you arrive.
