Redeem Complimentary Passes
Registration redemption codes will be issued and email approximately eight-weeks prior to the event date.

To redeem one of your registrations, click here to access the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration Site and enter the code that you received from the Expo Services Team. If you need any assistance with your code, please contact [email protected].

Purchase Additional Passes
For additional registrations, you may purchase at the $99 rate. Please use the link above and click the additional passes link.

Please submit all registrations by Tuesday, October 13, 2026. 

Hotel Reservations & Onsite Parking Rates
For hotel booking details, to make your hotel reservation, and details on parking, please visit the Hotel Details section located on the Event Website.

Hotel Cut-off date: Monday, October 5th at 11:59 PM ET, or when the block sells out, whichever comes first.
 
SET-UP DETAILS & NETWORKING EVENTS

Expo Location: Madison Ballroom
Set Up: Monday, October 26th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM or on Tuesday, October 27th from 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Breakdown: Tuesday, October 27th from 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM

Key Regional Connect Exhibitor/Attendee Networking Events (final schedule subject to change)

  • 7:15 - 8:00 AM: Breakfast in Exhibit Hall
  • 10:00 - 10:45 AM: Networking Coffee Break in Exhibit Hall
  • 11:50 - 12:30 PM: Buffet Lunch
  • 12:30 - 1:00 PM: Networking Dessert Break in Exhibit Hall
  • 3:30 - 4:30 PM: Networking Reception in Exhibit Hall

Every Table Top includes the following items:

  • 6-foot table; tables are not skirted and will not have linens. You may bring your own tablecloth.
  • 2 chairs
Each exhibitor is permitted to bring either an 8'x8' pop-up display OR a 3' pull-up banner.

SHIPPING

Follow these easy steps to ensure a successful shipping/receiving process:
  • ADDRESS all packages to the following: 

                    The Desoto
                    15 East Liberty Street
                    Savannah, GA 31401
                    ATTN: Fiber Regional Connect
                    Company Name: [Your company Name]

  • DOWNLOAD and completed the DeSoto Vendor Form. The DeSoto does have shipping & handling fees. 
    • You can use the same form to order power and monitor for your tabletop. 
  • DOWNLOAD and complete the FBA Shipping Labels and attach to your package(s).
  • COMPLETE the FBA Shipping Manifest Form. This will allow our onsite team to provide assistance should your package be lost or misplaced.
  • Onsite, packages will be delivered to your table if you have completed the above forms. 
Outbound Shipping
  • You must have your return labels pre-printed.
  • Pack, seal, and apply your labels and leave your boxes at your tabletop.
  • The hotel staff will collect all packages and transport them to the loading dock.
  • Notify your carrier that you have a package for pick-up at the hotel - not doing so may result in your package not getting picked-up!

If you need power or monitor for your table, download and complete the DeSoto Vendor Form. Email the completed form to [email protected].

Basic Wi-Fi will be provided in the meeting space. You should only order internet if you need dedicated bandwidth for online demonstrations or for streaming video content.
