• 1:00 pm Shot gun start. 
• 5:00 pm Awards ceremony and reception (beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be provided)

THURSDAY, Jan 23 - 2025. FL IFT Food Expo at the Rosen Shingle Creek Resort and Convention Center.

• 8:45 am – 11:00 am Guest Speakers/Short Courses (registration not necessary)
• 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Exhibitor/Attendee check in and exhibitor set up.
• 1:00 pm – 5:30 pm Expo open to the public (Location: Gatlin C expo hall)
• 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm Door prize raffle and reception (beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be provided)
