The Houston/Galveston area is serviced by two major airports: Hobby Airport (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH).  The workshop hotels do not provide shuttle service to/from the airports although shuttles and taxis are available at both airports. HRP IWS does not endorse the companies below; these are merely suggestions of some available transportation options.  Uber and Lyft are available from both airports at a significantly cheaper rate.

There will be shuttles running daily from the San Luis and Holiday Inn to the workshop.  The Hilton is next door to the Galveston Island Convention Center and within walking distance.

From Bush IAH Airport (approx. 71 miles from venue)
Follow the signs to exit the airport via John F. Kennedy Blvd.
Take the Beltway 8 East ramp toward US-59 (south)
Merge onto US-59 South toward Houston and proceed for 14.5 miles
Merge onto I-45 South toward Galveston and proceed for 46 miles
Take the 1A (61st Street) exit and turn right (south)
Stay on 61st Street to Seawall Boulevard
Turn left (east) at Seawall Boulevard
The Galveston Island Convention Center is located at 56th Street and Seawall Boulevard on the left (north) side
