WWA Workforce: Stronger Together Registration

Registration Information

Registration is now live for the Washington Workforce Association Conference: WWA Workforce: Stronger Together, November 8-10, 2022, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Seattle, WA. 
 

Rates

$545 - Early Bird Rate (Good through September 30, 2022)
$595 - Conference Rate (After September 30, 2022)
$350 - One-day Rate (Wednesday or Thursday Only)

Payment Policy

Payment must be completed prior to the start of the event. We accept payment via credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) or check. If you pay by check, make checks payable to Washington Workforce Association (or WWA), include your name on the check, and mail to:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notices must be received in writing by Event Producers via email to [email protected]. Registration cancellations received on or before Friday, September 30, 2022 are eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee.  Registrants canceling after Friday, September 30, 2022, and conference no shows are liable for the full amount due; no refund will be issued. Credit card refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. 

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are accepted. Please email [email protected] if you wish to substitute for an existing registration. You will need to provide the registration confirmation number of the person you are substituting for as well as written approval from the original registrant. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay or cancel your request. Event Producers will confirm all substitution requests.
