Booth Registration/Information

Booth Spaces

Booth reservation is on a First Come First Served basis.

Booth displays will be in the Caribe Royale Convention Center. The display room will be available for setup beginning Sunday Oct 20th. Exhibits are scheduled to remain in place until 4 pm Tuesday, October 22nd.

Booth displays will be 10x10 in size for all booths with the exception of booth spaces 800 - 811 which are 8x10 in size. All booth spaces include 2 chairs, table, trash can, basic electrical drop and Wi-Fi.

The Ballroom where the exhibits are located is carpeted.

Exhibitor booth displays will be $900 per booth which includes 1 attendee registration if purchased prior to September 1st. Booth registrations after September 1st will be $1,000.  The fee for the booth is non-refundable after Sept 15th.

We are also offering an opportunity to profile your company by offering Gold and Platinum levels of sponsorship.  Your company logo and sponsorship level will be prominently displayed throughout the WWR venue and in the WWR agenda.

Company Profiles

The 2019 C-130 WWR PROGRAM GUIDE will be professionally printed on coated stock paper and will be placed in the welcome bags of all attendees and will include everything you need to know about the show.

Company name, mailing address and booth location will be printed in the C-130 TCG WWR  Program Guide at no charge. An expanded listing is available for $135 which includes company name, logo, contact, address, phone, email, 50-word company profile, and booth number.

PLEASE NOTE: A high resolution (300 dpi minimum) pdf, tiff, jpeg or eps is required for all logos, and ALL company profiles are limited to 50 words or less. Deadline for submissions is September 15, 2019.
