The meeting will be held in room 6C10 in the Claude B. Pepper Building (Building 31) located in the northeast section of the NIH main campus. Visitors to the NIH campus must enter through the NIH Gateway Center to be processed by NIH security and obtain a visitor pass. You will need to present a photo ID and have your bags and person scanned. The Gateway Center visitor entrance is located directly next to the Medical Center Metro Station escalators, visitor parking structure MLP11, and the taxi drop-off area on NIH Gateway Center Drive, which is accessible via the southbound lanes on Rockville Pike.
It is also possible to be driven onto campus from Gateway Center Drive and be dropped off directly at Building 31; however, in this case the vehicle would need to be inspected, and the driver would also have to be processed as a campus visitor. Please allow extra time for either of these options.
Building 31 is a short walk from the Gateway Center. Once inside Building 31, follow signs for the 6th floor conference rooms (accessible only from the C elevators) and/or arrows on meeting-specific posters that will be visible at the entrances.
