Booth reservation is on a First Come First Served basis.
Booth displays will be in the Charleston Convention Center. The display room will be available for setup beginning Sunday Oct 22nd. Exhibits are scheduled to remain in place until 4 pm Tuesday, October 24th.
Booth displays will be 10x10 in size and include 2 chairs, table, trash can, basic electrical drop and Wi-Fi.
The Ballroom where the exhibits are located is NOT carpeted therefore carpet for booth space is required if desired.
Exhibitor booth displays will be $900 per booth which includes 1 attendee registration. The fee for the booth is non-refundable after Sept 30th.
