POSTER PREPARATION AND SESSION INFORMATION
The maximum poster format will be 3 ft. by 3 ft. (90 cm width x 90 cm length). Adhesive Velcro tabs will be provided for attaching posters to poster boards.  Please do NOT use push pins, thumb tacks or other sharp objects to attach your poster.
 
Be sure to use a type size and font that are legible. No electrical or multi-media displays. Consider including a small picture of yourself in the corner of your poster so people looking for you at the meeting will recognize you. In addition, you may want to include your contact information in case someone wishes to ask you questions about your work but is unable to connect with you at the poster sessions. For more suggestions, read How To Make a Great Poster from ASPB.
 
POSTER NUMBER
To determine the date and location of your poster session in the Goldring Centre (150 Charles St. West), find your abstract title in the online listing or in the back of the program booklet and note the poster number. Abstracts are listed alphabetically by title. Your final poster number should also have been sent to you by e-mail prior to the meeting. Please attend to your poster during your poster session.

POSTER LOCATION
Your final poster number should have been sent to you by e-mail but you may also look up your abstract title and corresponding poster number in the back of the program booklet. The poster number will be indicated on the poster board. 
All posters will be located in the Goldring Centre at Victoria College (150 Charles St. West), across from the Bader Theatre where plenary talks are held. They will be distributed among four rooms on the first and second floors of the Goldring Centre. The range of poster numbers is found below and will be posted outside each room.

Open browsing of all posters is encouraged before and after the designated presentation times (5:30-7:00 pm) until 8:30 pm on Wednesday, June 22nd and Thursday, June 23rd.

POSTER SETUP AND REMOVAL
Tuesday, June 20, 2016, starting at 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Posters will be organized alphabetically. Put your poster on the half side of the board where your final poster number is located. Your final poster number should have been sent to you by e-mail but you may also look up your abstract title and corresponding poster number in the back of the program booklet. 

All posters must be removed by 10 am on Friday, June 24, 2016. Posters not removed will be discarded.

POSTER DISPLAY TIMES
All posters will be displayed on June 22nd and 23rd, until the end of the poster receptions in Goldring Centre at 8:30 pm. Goldring Centre will be closed after the last event of the day for security reasons. Photographing, videotaping, or recording the posters is PROHIBITED unless a poster author is present and provides specific permission.

Alcohol will be served during the poster reception times at Ned’s Café on the first floor of Goldring Centre. Because of Ontario laws, alcohol cannot be transported outside the café. Thus alcoholic beverages cannot be consumed in the poster display areas. We appreciate your cooperation.
